UNDERSTAND THE CONNECTION

Precision.
In another direction.

An aggregate extends the spindle’s working direction through a mechanical transmission and a different tool orientation.

HSK63F adjustable aggregate

From spindle rotation
to tool access.

A machine spindle drives the aggregate input. The internal transmission transfers rotation to the output tool, which can be oriented away from the main spindle axis.

The interface comes first.

The HQD range offers ISO30 and HSK63F inputs with ER25 output tooling. Match the input interface, torque restraint and physical envelope to your machine before selecting the output configuration.

ANGLE & CONFIGURATION

Adjustable, fixed or multi-output.

Adjustable heads change the output orientation. Fixed-angle heads provide a dedicated geometry. Dual- and four-output heads combine multiple tool positions. These configurations expand access; they do not turn a three-axis machine into a simultaneous five-axis machine.

SPEED & TOOLING

Read both sides of the ratio.

Input speed and output speed are different on a speed-increasing head. Follow the model-specific technical table. Saw blades can have lower limits than drilling tools. The approved tool, mounting and application determine the final operating settings.
